All of our services are non refundable after the activation due to the nature of service.

Eligibility For Refund

Only Re-sellers can request refund within 3 days of the order but with following conditions.

1. Make sure the server is not being used for sending emails.
2. All Ips provided with the server are cleaned.
3. There is no abusive or illegal activity performed on server.

Cancellation

You have to cancel your service 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid renewal charges. You can cancel service anytime by sending email at sales@smtpvps.com or using online cancellation method available in client area.
